About the Role

Telsco Industries, Inc. is looking for an Account Executive to drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships while promoting our innovative water management solutions. You will play a pivotal role in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment where our mission is to promote sustainability through innovative water management.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, specifically SmartLink, and effectively communicate its value propositions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including working with SDRs for prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product, to align sales efforts with overall corporate objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager and executive team.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and sales software such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 25% domestically to achieve sales goals.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the irrigation and water management industry.
