Telsco Industries, Inc. is looking for an Account Executive to drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships while promoting our innovative water management solutions. You will play a pivotal role in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment where our mission is to promote sustainability through innovative water management.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, specifically SmartLink, and effectively communicate its value propositions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including working with SDRs for prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product, to align sales efforts with overall corporate objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager and executive team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and sales software such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25% domestically to achieve sales goals.
