The Account Executive (Swedish speaking) will drive new client acquisition and grow business within designated accounts by selling Infobip’s full-stack communication platform. This is a pure hunter role focused on identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in a global, AI-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sale (pure hunter position)
- Sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad
- Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
- Maintain client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health
- Work closely with BDR teams to take over the lead
- As required cross sell for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)
- Share knowledge with team members
- Mentor newly recruited sales team members
- Answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
What We're Looking For
- 5 years applicable experience including 2 years of solution sales (in certain situations SaaS sales experience needed)
- Successful sales track record - commission earnings
- Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts
- Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors
- Interaction with C level players
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Fluent English and Swedish
