Teamworks is hiring an Account Executive (Strength & Conditioning)

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving new revenue by acquiring clients in the strength and conditioning space through strategic outreach, relationship building, and solution-based sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collegiate and professional athletic markets
  • Conduct outreach to strength and conditioning coaches and sports performance staff
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to athletic performance needs
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in sports organizations
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements
  • Stay informed about industry trends in athletic training technology
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Qualify leads based on organizational needs and fit
  • Coordinate with customer success teams during onboarding
  • Track and report weekly sales activity and pipeline metrics
  • Use data to refine outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Educate prospects on platform integration with existing workflows
  • Address objections related to budget, timing, or implementation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings
  • Support the development of case studies and reference materials
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
