About the Role
The Account Executive will drive growth within strategic accounts by leading negotiations, expanding client portfolios, and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer objectives and company capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
- Lead contract renewals and upsell initiatives with strategic clients
- Develop account plans aligned with customer business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
- Negotiate complex sales agreements and pricing structures
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline documentation
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Drive customer adoption of new products and services
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve client issues
- Track and report on key account performance metrics
- Represent client needs internally to influence product direction
- Ensure alignment between customer success and sales objectives
- Manage stakeholder communications across multiple levels
- Support onboarding and implementation for new deals
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Use CRM tools to log interactions and manage workflows
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Participate in strategic planning sessions
- Maintain deep understanding of customer use cases
