About the Role

Delivery Hero is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Uruguay team. You will manage and develop your assigned portfolio of partners and restaurants, building long-term commercial relationships and leading strategic action plans to grow the business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a pre-defined portfolio of partners and restaurants, with direct responsibility for their performance, growth, and profitability.
  • Build, strengthen, and foster long-term commercial relationships with assigned brands, acting as the main point of contact and strategic reference.
  • Design, implement, and lead commercial action plans focused on business growth through increasing sales volume, promotions, and advertising on the platform.
  • Analyze partner performance using KPIs and key metrics, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly follow-up meetings (in-person and/or virtual) with partners, focusing on results, decision-making, and defining commercial strategies.
  • Propose and execute optimizations in partner profiles and configurations to maximize their commercial performance.
  • Actively collaborate with the area leader in strategic analysis, performance report preparation, and defining growth plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Manager, Partner Manager, or strategic commercial roles, managing high-volume account portfolios.
  • Solid command of Excel (Google Sheets) and performance indicator analysis (required).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Communication, or related fields.
  • Ability to design and implement commercial strategies, lead negotiations, and manage complex accounts autonomously.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in dynamic, results-oriented environments.

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience in the gastronomy, retail, mass consumption, or digital platforms sector (desirable).
  • Experience using CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or similar (desirable).
