As an Account Executive in the SMB segment, you will be responsible for identifying and self-sourcing leads in the assigned territory, engaging potential customers with in-depth product knowledge, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed sales targets. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and customer profiles in Salesforce.

- Maintain comprehensive profiles of each opportunity within Salesforce
- Accurately forecast sales outcomes
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with product and customer service teams to address feedback
- Facilitate the maximization of value from our solutions
- Stay updated with latest advancements in the fields of RMM, MDM, and ITSM
- Continuously enhance sales skills

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience exceeding quota in the UKI market
- Selling SaaS to the IT buyer
- Must be fluent in English and French
