The Field Marketing Manager will lead and execute field marketing strategy in Poland and Eastern Europe to support Scaleway’s growth in cloud, AI infrastructure, and sovereign digital services. This role works closely with sales, partners, and central marketing to drive pipeline generation and adapt global campaigns to local markets.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the field marketing strategy for Poland and selected Eastern European markets, aligned with Scaleway’s European GTM priorities
- Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and product launches into locally relevant, high-impact initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, contributing directly to pipeline generation, acceleration, and deal influence
- Work closely with the central Marketing team to understand global campaigns, product priorities, and roadmap, and identify which initiatives should be localized for the Polish and Eastern European markets
- Collaborate with other Field Marketing Managers across Europe to share best practices, align on priorities, and strengthen scalable field marketing frameworks
- Participate in cross-regional planning, reporting, and experimentation led by HQ
- Act as the primary field marketing partner for local Account Executives and BDRs in Poland and Eastern Europe
- Align on target accounts, industries, and priority opportunities to support pipeline generation and acceleration
- Collaborate with strategic partners, especially Play, to build and deliver a co-marketing action plan
- Plan and execute events, executive programs, partner activations, and targeted account-based initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, agencies, vendors, and on-site execution in collaboration with central Design, Product, Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations teams
- Ensure strong and consistent brand representation across all initiatives, translating global messaging to local relevance while safeguarding Scaleway’s core positioning
- Track and report on performance using shared KPIs and OKRs defined at HQ level
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices with HQ to help scale successful initiatives across other regions
- Continuously test new formats and approaches to improve efficiency and impact
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Demand Generation in tech, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Livestorm, etc.)
- Familiarity with centralized, HQ-led marketing organizations and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account-based marketing strategies
- Working knowledge of design tools and ability to brief creative teams
- Fluent in Polish and English
