Tech Support Coordinator (Remote) (Position located in São Paulo, Brazil) is hiring an Account Executive SMB (Fluent in German)

Responsibilities

  • Secure new small and medium-sized customer accounts within a defined territory to consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of business opportunities using diverse prospecting techniques and scheduled follow-up practices.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate the benefits of the full product suite to potential clients.
  • Convey how each offering strengthens an organization’s human defenses against security threats.
  • Identify customer purchasing requirements, key stakeholders, obstacles, and actions needed to accelerate sales processes and win new accounts.
  • Strategically propose subscription options, long-term contracts, or adjusted pricing to maximize annual recurring revenue.
  • Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation of daily sales activities and metrics in Salesforce.
  • Partner with channel sales representatives to efficiently close deals through established partner networks.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects to generate and maintain a steady flow of potential customers.

Responsibilities (8)

  • Acquire Small/Medium-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Small/Medium business opportunities by various prospecting methods, following lead cadence best practices, and conducting demos of our suite of products.
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products and educate the customer how each product will improve their business’s human firewall.
  • Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts.
  • Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals and/or negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels.
  • Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects
