Responsibilities
- Secure new small and medium-sized business clients within a designated territory to consistently meet or surpass monthly sales goals.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities using various prospecting techniques, following structured outreach timelines, and delivering product demonstrations.
- Clearly communicate the core benefits of the full product suite and explain how each solution strengthens an organization's human defenses against cyber threats.
- Identify customer purchasing drivers, key stakeholders, potential obstacles, and required actions to accelerate sales processes and win new accounts efficiently.
- Strategically propose subscription tiers, multi-year contracts, or adjusted pricing to maximize annual recurring revenue.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of daily sales activities and metrics using Salesforce.
- Work closely with designated channel partners to ensure smooth onboarding and successful acquisition of new clients through partner-led opportunities.
- Grow and manage a consistent flow of prospects by building and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle.
