About the Role

This position is responsible for acquiring new clients by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals within the small and medium business sector across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with small and medium-sized companies
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Present product solutions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Respond to client inquiries and address objections
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person events
  • Provide feedback from customers to product and marketing teams
  • Support the development of sales materials and pitch decks
