Responsibilities
- Present and communicate the platform's benefits to potential and current clients
- Develop client relationships to uncover opportunities for product expansion and upgrades
- Investigate and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the SDR team to refine outreach strategies and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with current deal information
- Participate in live industry events to strengthen connections within the HR Tech, FinTech, and Payroll sectors
