About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the complete sales journey—from identifying prospects to closing deals—while consistently working toward quarterly and annual targets. Serve as the main contact for clients, building trust and guiding them to get the most value from our solutions.

Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to diverse decision-makers, adjusting your approach based on client needs and technical requirements. Monitor how clients use the platform, track satisfaction, and act early to improve health and retention.

Uncover opportunities to grow accounts through strategic upselling and expansion. Share client insights with the product team to help shape future developments. Participate in industry events and partner engagements to strengthen market presence.

Keep sales pipelines and forecasts up to date in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and transparency across the team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in client-facing roles within SaaS, AdTech, or similar tech-driven industries such as consulting or financial services
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales or retention goals
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and clear communication
  • Comfortable discussing technical features, integrations, and product capabilities with stakeholders
  • Able to deeply understand customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
