About the Role
Drive end-to-end sales and client success in Shanghai, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal while expanding relationships and leveraging client insights to inform product and market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to increase product adoption, satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Sell solutions through a consultative approach, tailoring messaging for diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Track client usage and feedback to proactively address concerns and minimize churn.
- Uncover and act on opportunities to expand business within current accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Share client-driven insights and market trends with the product team to influence development.
- Promote the brand by representing the company at industry events and in engagements with mobile ecosystem partners.
- Ensure Salesforce (SFDC) reflects accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasting information.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in SaaS, AdTech, or professional services like consulting or investment banking.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets or client retention benchmarks.
- Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and clear, effective communication.
- Technically proficient, with the ability to discuss product functionality, integrations, and technical aspects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to deeply understand local market dynamics and customer needs through active listening and inquiry.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Capable of working independently while contributing effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Experienced with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
