PUMA is seeking an Account Executive for our Run Specialty channel. In this role, you will manage wholesale accounts across the Northwest territory, driving sales and providing expert guidance on our running footwear and apparel.
What You'll Do
- Travel extensively throughout the Northwest territory to service assigned Running Specialty accounts; occasional weekend travel is required.
- Attend key retailer events, trade shows, and channel conferences.
- Provide exceptional service and technical expertise from sell-in to sell-through.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of the business for your wholesale account list.
- Execute the sell-in process, including product presentations and training.
- Handle business planning, order entry, and all operational tasks.
- Manage the order book and plan shop merchandising.
- Achieve annual sales volume and channel distribution targets.
- Deliver all orders by booking deadlines.
- Provide weekly account updates and sales tracking to your Channel Sales Manager.
- Identify and cultivate new Running Specialty accounts within your territory.
- Provide product and brand training to drive sales.
- Proactively manage the order book with a designated Sales Support Rep.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in an outside sales role.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of running footwear and apparel, including technical expertise and competitive brands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- A high level of energy, professionalism, and self-motivation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver compelling product and brand presentations.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the running and/or sports industry.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A strong understanding of the Run Specialty channel.
- Former competitive high school or collegiate running experience.

- Eligibility for a bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Compensation range: $82,000 - $116,645
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in Seattle, servicing the Northwest territory. Extensive travel within the region is a core requirement.
