About the Role

This position involves driving new business growth by connecting potential clients with solutions that address their technical and operational needs through proactive outreach and relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their operational challenges
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Develop proposals and presentations for decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address client requirements
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support customer onboarding process when needed
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal product teams
  • Build trust through consistent and professional communication
  • Adapt sales approach based on customer segment
  • Work with legal and finance teams on contract terms
  • Track key performance metrics for personal and team review
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
