About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly revenue goals through proactive, high-volume phone engagement with wedding industry professionals.
  • Manage every stage of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing agreements, using a consultative approach to understand client needs.
  • Build trust quickly over the phone, delivering clear, tailored presentations that address specific business challenges.
  • Follow up persistently with prospects, refining offers and negotiating terms to secure new partnerships.
  • Stay organized by tracking interactions and planning next steps in Salesforce, ensuring efficient time management and accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to align on strategies and contribute to shared performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness making frequent outbound sales calls with a professional and engaging phone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills with a history of meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with decision-makers, conveying value with clarity and energy.
  • Thrives in fast-moving settings, showing resilience, initiative, and a drive to win.
  • Approaches challenges with curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement and skill development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of six months of experience in B2B inside sales.
  • Background in media, advertising, or digital marketing sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing leads and client data.
