Responsibilities
- Conduct 8–16 qualified demo calls per day
- Own monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Manage pipeline with structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene
- Help sharpen the sales motion as the company scales fast
- Proactively hunt for deals when the pipeline dries out
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales
- Proven closing track record along a structured funnel
- High discipline, strong ownership, and a genuine hunger to earn
- Natural communicator and storyteller
- Native or C2 Polish; strong English
- Ready for a paid temporary relocation (around 2 months in Vienna to soak up our culture)
