apply is looking for a part-time Account Executive to drive sales growth and expand the client base for our CMMI and ISO-certified training, auditing, and consulting services.
What You'll Do
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory or vertical.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Set up and deliver compelling platform demonstrations to prospects.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities in the CRM.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the Sales Manager.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B experience in complex solution sales, preferably in consulting, software, or technical services.
- Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles and exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in consultative selling and solution-based sales methodology.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities.
- Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical capabilities—especially around CMMI, GIS, IBM Maximo, and ISO frameworks.
Nice to Have
- Degree level preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMI frameworks and ISO standards.
- Track record of selling into relevant verticals.
- An existing network or relationships in target industries.
