Telefónica España is looking for an Account Executive to manage our portfolio with the General Administration of the State (Administración General del Estado). In this role, you will be responsible for achieving commercial objectives through strategic client management and personalized service. You will join a technology leader focused on innovation and building a more connected world.
What You'll Do
- Manage the client portfolio to achieve established commercial objectives, analyzing client situations and detecting business opportunities.
- Design commercial strategies for selling products and services by improving client knowledge through power mapping and environmental analysis.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of proposals and offers, presenting them to clients within agreed deadlines and supervising all information.
- Provide personalized client attention through periodic visits and centralize communication with Movistar to manage and resolve issues.
- Initiate the provisioning of contracted services and equipment by registering orders in designated information systems.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Telefónica's products and services through training and self-training courses.
- Stay updated on new developments and modifications to company commercial strategies and policies through meetings.
Work Mode
This role is onsite and based in Madrid.
