Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for enterprise clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Energy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of UptimeAI’s solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Energy.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise deals.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management and forecasting.
