EvenUp is hiring an Account Executive | Minnesota

About the Role

EvenUp seeks an Account Executive in Minnesota to execute and refine our sales playbook. You will own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, playing a key role in our mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI at our fast-growing, VC-backed company.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct 30 cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week.
  • Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
  • Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Consistently communicate with cross-functional team members.

  • Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
