- Partnerships: Team up with channel and tech partners to co-sell, influence deals, and blow up market penetration.
- Strategic Selling: Navigate complex sales cycles with technical and business decision-makers like a pro.
- Thought Leadership: Engage in deep-dive conversations, deliver mind-blowing demos, and educate prospects on test automation's game-changing potential.
- Territory Management: Build and execute a killer region-specific sales strategy for Indonesia and Singapore, with laser-focused outbound plays and vertical targeting.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently crush quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with SDRs, marketing, customer success, product, and engineering to create a silky-smooth customer journey.
- Localization Savvy: Communicate effectively across language barriers, adapting messaging to resonate in local business contexts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in DevOps, QA, automation, or cloud infrastructure.
- Open to working US business hours.
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotas in a hybrid hunter/farmer role.
- Strong chops in outbound sales, self-prospecting, and ABM strategies.
- Solid experience with partner-led selling (resellers, VARs, tech alliances).
- Highly autonomous and proactive; thrives in a startup-like, high-octane growth environment.
- Sharp business acumen and consultative sales skills.
- Can deliver killer product presentations and articulate value props crystal-clear.
- CRM ninja (e.g., Salesforce) with deep sales tech stack knowledge.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling QA, DevOps, or test automation platforms.
- Previous work experience in the North America regionExperience collaborating with remote or distributed global teams.
