About the Role

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid-market segment
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms to engage prospects
  • Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations for potential clients
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quotas
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Work closely with customer success teams during onboarding
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to key accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans for strategic prospects
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Participate in sales forecasting and reporting cycles
  • Support partnership initiatives with aligned technology providers
  • Represent the company at virtual and select in-person events
  • Use data to prioritize high-potential prospects
  • Follow up on trial signups to convert into paid customers
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates

Compensation
