You will lead the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through to closing, serving as the main liaison for partner organizations including brokers and managed service providers (MSPs). Your focus will be on building strong, productive relationships that drive deal momentum and long-term collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Manage all stages of the sales process, ensuring seamless progression from lead to closed deal
- Act as trusted advisor to partners, supporting their success while advancing shared objectives
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on marketing-generated and partner-sourced leads
- Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer challenges and position solutions that reduce risk and support business continuity
- Identify expansion opportunities within your region and partner network
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to align messaging and represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial or business development roles
- Background in SaaS or software sales environments
- Solid understanding of customer discovery, qualification, and value-based dialogue
- Motivation to learn and sell IT infrastructure or managed services offerings
- Awareness of how reliability, risk mitigation, and operational resilience create value
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a track record of building relationships
- Interest in structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC
- Self-driven, proactive, and accountable in managing responsibilities
- Fluency in both English and Dutch, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 20% of the time
