About the Role
The Account Executive will identify and close new business opportunities in Mexico by engaging prospects, guiding them through the sales cycle, and securing long-term contracts using a data-informed and customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads in the Mexican market
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client challenges and objectives
- Present product solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial contact to contract signing
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate client proposals
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with new customers
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay informed about market trends and regional customer behavior
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities as needed
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries
- Deliver follow-up communications to nurture prospects
- Use sales data to refine outreach strategies
- Support the development of localized sales materials
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies
- Escalate technical or service issues to appropriate teams
- Participate in regular performance reviews with management
- Adapt messaging to suit different customer segments
- Gather and share customer feedback to inform product direction
- Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
- Track key performance metrics and report on progress
- Coordinate onboarding handoff for closed deals
- Support team knowledge sharing through best practice discussions
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission structure based on performance
Work Arrangement
Remote with flexibility for client meetings during business hours in Central Mexico Time
