Pure Storage is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be a dynamic sales hunter focused on developing new business within the Enterprise and Commercial sector. You’ll work directly with channel resellers, key customer accounts, and internal teams to drive growth and success.
What You'll Do
- Advocate for all-flash enterprise storage technology.
- Foster strong customer connections to ensure high satisfaction.
- Direct pursuit teams and develop strategic account plans to secure new customers.
- Drive sales activities to meet and exceed your assigned quotas.
- Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage effectively.
- Develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently.
- Surpass quotas, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
- Present proposals that clearly highlight Pure Storage’s benefits.
What We're Looking For
- A strong drive for sales success and relationship building.
- 8+ years of field sales experience.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts, especially within the Malaysia Enterprise customer landscape.
- Proven experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Advanced skills in engaging and acquiring new customers.
- A goal-oriented attitude and a desire to drive change.
- A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Native/Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and professional proficiency in English.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
