Skimmer is looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from qualified inbound lead to closed deal. You will be responsible for demonstrating how our platform solves critical pain points for pool service companies, building a robust pipeline, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal.
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how Skimmer's features solve specific pain points for pool service businesses.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals with pool service company owners and decision-makers.
What We're Looking For
- Full-cycle (qualifying to closing) B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, listening, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience selling vertical SaaS products to service-based businesses or field service management software.
- Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home service businesses.
- Experience selling subscription-based SaaS platforms with billing modules.
- Successful track record managing deals with 1-3 month sales cycles.
- Familiarity with route optimization, scheduling, or service management software.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.

Team & Environment
The sales team today is 6 folks (1:1 AE:BDR) and growing fast. All reps are remote and support each other throughout the day when necessary. You will report to the Director of Sales.
