Omni Analytics is hiring an Account Executive (L3-L4)

About the Role

This position is responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing client portfolios, and exceeding revenue targets through strategic outreach and relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted markets
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and trials
  • Work with legal and finance teams on contract terms
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions
  • Support marketing initiatives with customer insights
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
