Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing, industrial services, logistics, and field operations.
- Leverage industry expertise to uncover challenges related to equipment downtime, regulatory compliance, maintenance, workforce training, and safety procedures.
- Implement outbound sales initiatives directed at decision-makers in operations, engineering, safety, and technology roles.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting through to final deal closure.
- Present product demonstrations emphasizing automation, asset tracking, operational efficiency, and compliance reporting capabilities.
- Perform in-depth needs assessments to understand workflow inefficiencies, site-specific obstacles, and performance metrics.
- Create financial proposals based on return on investment, highlighting quantifiable gains in time, efficiency, risk mitigation, or safety outcomes.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC framework for opportunity qualification and sales forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry and tracking within HubSpot CRM.
- Execute standardized sales processes that reflect the buying journey of industrial clients.
- Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives to enhance outreach strategies targeting operational executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to strengthen messaging, develop case studies, and refine campaign content for industrial sectors.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to align on client expectations and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
- Engage and influence cross-functional buying committees including operations, procurement, safety, and IT departments.
- Structure contractual agreements to align with client operational goals and fiscal planning timelines.
