Hudl is hiring an Account Executive II - Licensing

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain connections to key clients in the B2B area as you sell Hudl’s extensive sports performance data (i.e., statistics, video analytics and player tracking insights).
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and help customers leverage our data for scouting, performance analysis, predictive modeling and content enhancement.
  • Ensure seamless data integration for clients via APIs, dashboards and reports.
  • Partner with a Customer Success Manager who will act as a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Work with our product and analytics teams to deliver customized data products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working within SaaS sales and building complex deals.
  • Business acumen applicable across all verticals.
  • Consultative approach: establish relationships, understand client goals, and sell solutions that suit them.
  • Methodical background working with a CRM like Salesforce, and a disciplined approach to approaching and engaging partners.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning; appreciate challenging situations for growth.
  • Self-motivated with ability to excel with lofty goals and bet on your own abilities.
  • Connected with a robust network from handling numerous projects in the data-focused market.

Nice to Have

  • Global football background with up-to-date knowledge of trends, relevant statistics, and economics.
  • Passionate about sports and technology, especially bringing top sports software to global football teams.
  • Bilingual: near native English and fluent in another language applicable to the North American region (French or Spanish).
  • Experience in portfolio management: analyze customer portfolios for opportunities and execute against them.
  • Teamwork experience, including collaboration with a Customer Success Manager to drive client success.

  • Role is focused on North American region.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with Customer Success and product teams.
  • Compensation includes base salary and on-target earnings (OTE), dependent on performance against quotas in Individual Sales Plan (ISP).
