Deel is looking for an Account Executive, Global Mobility - APAC to own the full sales cycle, meet revenue targets, and build consultative client relationships in the Global Mobility space. You'll tailor immigration solutions for clients in the APAC region, working as part of the team building the infrastructure for the future of work.
What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and wider Immigration industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients to understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions effectively.
- Work strategically alongside our core Account Executives to ensure a cohesive experience for our clients.
- Drive business growth working collaboratively with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) function.
- Foster strong relationships within the sales, marketing and product organizations to deliver the best possible experience to our clients.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- You must be based in the APAC region.
- 2+ years of closing sales experience.
- Experience with process/playbook selling (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar).
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning.
Nice to Have
- Mandarin language skills preferred for customer coverage.
- Prior experience in Immigration or Legal preferred (not mandatory).
Team & Environment
You will work alongside core Account Executives and collaborate closely with the SDR function.
