Deel is hiring a Regional Manager, Immigration | APAC to own strategic mobility operations across the APAC region. This role requires a minimum of 10-12 years of immigration experience, including significant work establishing immigration processes in 2 countries or more.
What You'll Do
- Oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment.
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of regional goals and OKRs.
- Oversee the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Team Leaders.
- Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions.
- Assist with compliance and risk management activities related to day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions.
- Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leadership and collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
