About the Role
This role involves managing existing accounts and expanding business within German-speaking regions by delivering exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with current clients
- Identify opportunities to expand product or service usage within accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor client health and proactively address potential risks
- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and business updates
- Negotiate contract renewals and upsell discussions
- Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators
- Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation processes with new clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments
- Represent the client perspective in internal planning discussions
- Support resolution of technical or operational issues
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Ensure timely communication during service changes or outages
- Drive adoption of additional features or services
- Facilitate client reference opportunities and case studies
- Organize and lead quarterly business reviews
- Work closely with marketing to tailor communications
- Respond to client requests with timely and accurate information
- Promote long-term client success and satisfaction
- Assist in the development of client-specific success plans
- Monitor usage patterns to identify expansion potential
- Act as an advocate for clients across departments
- Support client retention and reduce churn rates
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- At least three years in a client-facing role
- Experience in hospitality or property management tech
- Prior work with subscription-based services
