Drive Growth for Independent Sellers
As an Account Executive, you'll play a central role in expanding the platform’s network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new livestream sellers. Your focus will be on building relationships with small businesses and entrepreneurs who are already active online, guiding them through the process of scaling with live commerce.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales conversations, from initial outreach to successful onboarding, primarily through phone and video
- Develop deep knowledge of how small businesses grow and use that insight to position the platform as a key growth engine
- Conduct discovery calls to understand seller goals, address concerns, and align solutions with their needs
- Use data to assess seller potential, track performance, and recommend strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback, shape product direction, and refine go-to-market approaches
- Stay close to the user experience by actively using the platform as both a buyer and seller
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years in a customer-facing, sales-driven role with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, adapt quickly, and work independently in evolving environments
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM tools and data to inform decisions
- A self-starter mindset with genuine curiosity about people, products, and market trends
- Passion for empowering creators and small businesses through innovative commerce models
