Responsibilities
- Collaborate monthly with the Regional Sales Manager to define a priority list of retail locations aligned with sales targets and performance data.
- Design quarterly visit schedules with the Regional Sales Manager, factoring in sales volume and geographic logistics.
- Create seasonal strategies with retail partners to meet sales objectives, including event planning, training, and participation in strategy sessions.
- Build and sustain relationships across all levels of retail staff, from leadership to individual store employees, within the assigned region.
- Conduct in-depth business reviews each quarter with senior leadership, including the Regional Manager.
- Assess product inventory during store visits and communicate restocking needs according to account requirements.
- Continuously monitor sales outcomes and adjust tactics based on performance insights and challenges encountered.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld in line with brand guidelines and retail planograms.
- Deliver regular feedback from store visits, events, and training sessions via a weekly summary submitted every Tuesday by noon.
- Make strategic decisions regarding travel and entertainment budgets while maintaining full compliance.
- Train and mentor retail beauty advisors to strengthen brand advocacy and product knowledge.
- Achieve a minimum of three brand surveys per quarter with an average rating of at least 4.6.
- Deliver ongoing product education for both new and existing items using structured call cycles, including formal off-floor sessions and in-store Brand Focus Day events.
- Finalize scheduling at least 60 days in advance using Microsoft Outlook and retailer booking systems to ensure accuracy.
- Spend a minimum of six hours daily in-store, with two designated office days per month, scheduled as alternating Wednesdays per direction from the Regional Manager.
- Coordinate with freelance vendor partners to hire, onboard, and schedule temporary staff as needed, managing associated budget allocations.
- Monitor freelance spending to maintain market coverage without exceeding approved financial limits.
- Ensure alignment between freelance agency calendars and retailer scheduling platforms, booking temporary staff at least 30 days in advance.
- Plan, organize, and carry out monthly in-store events, including single-brand, multi-brand, and FSC events, achieving a minimum of 20 events per quarter with 90% goal attainment.
- Keep detailed records of all event activities within the territory and submit weekly results every Tuesday by noon.

- Establish and develop strong relationships from store leadership to store-level employees within assigned territory.
- Quarterly comprehensive business review with elevated leadership to include Regional Manager.
- Evaluate inventory levels for products when conducting store visits and communicate needs based on account specifications.
- Constantly evaluate sales results and revise strategies based on successes and challenges.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising updates and needs based on merchandising guidelines and retail Planogram. (POG)
- Provide consistent feedback from store visits, events, and training through a weekly recap due Tuesdays, no later than 12pm
- Responsible and accountable for strategic T&E budget decisions and overall compliance.
- Manage and develop retailer Beauty Advisors to become brand advocates.
- Receive a minimum of 3 brand surveys/quarter with an average score of 4.6 or higher
- Conduct ongoing training on new and existing products based on call cycles. Training formats include formalized off-the-floor sessions where possible as well as on-floor Brand Focus Day training.
- Schedule to be completed 60 days in advance. utilizing Microsoft Outlook and retailer booking portals to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Work a minimum of 6 hours in-store daily, with 2 designated office days per month. Office days are every other Wednesday, and a schedule will be provided by the territory Regional Manager.
- Work with our freelance vendor company to hire, onboard, and schedule freelance territory coverage as necessary. Overseer the freelance spending budget to ensure market coverage without exceeding the set limit.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy between freelance agency and retailer scheduling portals to ensure freelancers are booked 30 days ahead.
- Schedule, plan and execute events in stores monthly which will include single branded events, multi-branded events, and FSC Events. Minimum 20 events/quarter with 90% goal achievement.
- Maintain a record of accomplishment of all event execution within your territory and submit event results weekly no later than Tuesdays at 12pm
