Responsibilities
- Collaborate monthly with the Regional Sales Manager to define a priority list of retail locations aligned with sales targets and performance data.
- Design quarterly visit schedules in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, considering sales volume and regional logistics.
- Create seasonal strategies with retail partners to meet sales objectives through planning support, events, and training coordination.
- Build and sustain relationships across all levels of retail teams within the assigned territory, from leadership to frontline staff.
- Conduct quarterly business performance reviews with senior leadership, including the Regional Manager.
- Assess product inventory during store visits and communicate restocking needs according to account requirements.
- Continuously monitor sales outcomes and adjust tactics in response to performance trends and challenges.
- Support and uphold visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and retail planograms.
- Deliver weekly summaries of store visits, events, and training by Tuesday at 12 PM without exception.
- Make strategic decisions on travel and entertainment spending while ensuring full compliance with budget policies.
- Train and empower retail beauty advisors to become committed brand supporters.
- Achieve a minimum of three brand evaluation surveys per quarter with an average rating of at least 4.6.
- Deliver regular product training—both new and existing—through scheduled off-floor sessions and in-store Brand Focus Days.
- Finalize scheduling at least 60 days in advance using Microsoft Outlook and retailer booking systems for accuracy.
- Work a minimum of six hours daily in retail stores, with two office days per month scheduled on alternating Wednesdays as assigned.
- Coordinate with freelance vendor partners to hire, onboard, and schedule temporary staff as needed, managing associated budgets.
- Ensure alignment between freelance agency calendars and retailer scheduling platforms, with freelancers booked 30 days ahead.
- Plan and carry out monthly in-store events, including single and multi-brand activations and FSC events, achieving at least 20 per quarter with 90% success rate.
- Document all event activities within the territory and submit weekly results by Tuesday at 12 PM.
