Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess requirements and communicate product benefits
- Lead the complete sales cycle for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, leveraging internal teams as key resources
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to share insights on product innovation, customer engagement, and market competition
- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual revenue goals
- Ensure precise and up-to-date records in SFDC, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Address client concerns and enhance processes to prevent recurring issues
- Advocate for clients with a focus on improving their overall purchasing experience
- Build strong relationships and work effectively with internal teams and external partners
