Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to grasp their requirements and articulate the product's benefits
- Oversee the complete sales process for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, utilizing cross-departmental expertise as primary resources
- Work with internal teams to fulfill client needs
- Proactively collaborate across functions to develop new product strategies, enhance client engagement, and gather competitive intelligence
- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual revenue goals
- Maintain precise data in SFDC: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Address and prevent issues by improving processes
- Advocate for clients with a focus on enhancing the buying experience
