About the Role
This position is responsible for driving sales growth in Europe by leading the full customer acquisition process, from prospecting to close, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across European regions
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Lead full sales cycles from initial outreach to contract closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for customer needs
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide market feedback to help shape product development
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with buyers
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in strategic planning for regional market expansion
- Coordinate with marketing to align on campaign efforts
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Support customer onboarding when necessary
- Drive adoption of platform features through persuasive communication
- Use CRM tools to track and report on sales performance
- Adapt messaging to meet regional business cultures
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-potential prospects
- Work closely with technical teams to address client requirements
