Triple Whale is hiring an Account Executive, Enterprise to drive net new revenue by owning the entire enterprise sales cycle. You will position our platform as the go-to AI, analytics, and attribution solution for Enterprise ecommerce brands, building long-term relationships through a consultative approach.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and close, targeting Enterprise brands.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise ecommerce brands, identifying key decision-makers across marketing, ecommerce, and finance teams.
- Educate and consult with enterprise prospects on how Triple Whale can optimize their marketing attribution, customer acquisition, and LTV.
- Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, working closely with C-suite executives, VP-level decision-makers, and internal champions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise ecommerce landscape, including challenges, competitive dynamics, and key integrations.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to ensure a tailored, high-impact sales approach.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by building long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Keep meticulous CRM records in HubSpot, tracking all pipeline activities, deal progress, and forecasting.
- Actively contribute to scaling and optimizing the enterprise sales playbook.
- Develop and own a book closely with a paired SDR, executing a multi-channel prospecting approach within each account.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in an Enterprise closing role, selling SaaS or technology solutions to Enterprise brands and retailers.
- Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Ecommerce & Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem, with experience selling into brands in the space.
- Proven ability to sell complex, high-value solutions in an enterprise environment, managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to conduct executive-level conversations, uncover business pain points, and present solutions that drive ROI.
- Deep understanding of the ecommerce tech stack and how large merchants think about analytics, attribution, profitability, and AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping enterprise merchants scale efficiently.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a quota-driven sales role.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track deal progress.
