About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Account Executive, Enterprise Sales (Insurance/FinServ) to lead growth initiatives for advanced Microsoft-based business solutions. You will drive end-to-end sales cycles in the insurance and financial services sectors, working closely with Microsoft field teams and internal subject matter experts.

What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Microsoft solution areas, including Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) and Azure-based technologies (Data Analytics, AI/ML).
  • Create and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans aligned with annual targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft counterparts to co-sell and develop winning strategies.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships in business and IT within target accounts.
  • Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline reporting to ensure predictability.
  • Actively support marketing campaigns, events, and outbound prospecting efforts, including webinars and industry conferences.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, particularly in cloud services, CRM/ERP, and data platforms.
  • Proven background in selling to the insurance and financial services industries.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

  • Prior success selling the Microsoft stack.
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems and existing relationships with Microsoft field teams.

  • Compensation: USD $120,000 – $160,000
