Glia is hiring an Account Executive - Enterprise (Oklahoma / Kansas City / St. Louis)

About the Role

This role involves leading sales efforts for enterprise-level clients in a designated region, identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories
  • Engage with senior-level decision makers at enterprise organizations
  • Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and present customized solutions to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams during onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations
  • Build long-term client relationships to support retention and expansion
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in strategic planning for market growth
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Provide customer feedback to product and leadership teams
  • Support contract negotiation and renewal processes
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and solution capabilities
  • Respond to RFPs and other formal procurement processes
  • Track performance metrics and report on sales activity
  • Drive adoption of solutions within client organizations
  • Work closely with technical teams to address client-specific needs

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in customer engagement or digital banking platforms
  • Existing network in the Midwest financial sector
  • History of selling to large financial institutions
  • Familiarity with compliance-heavy sales processes
  • Experience with quota-carrying field sales roles

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
