Responsibilities
- Manage a defined set of target accounts and create strategic plans to secure business from organizations with 2,000 or more employees.
- Achieve or surpass revenue goals on monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, coordination with sales development representatives, and handling inbound leads.
- Engage with enterprise clients to identify key stakeholders, cultivate internal advocates, gain organizational support, and finalize agreements with senior executives.
- Demonstrate an understanding of corporate financial frameworks and behavioral dynamics to anticipate and overcome deal obstacles.
- Maintain accurate and current records in Salesforce, including customer details, forecasts, and pipeline activity, to support business insights and process improvement.
