DriveWhip is hiring an Account Executive, Enterprise Ad Sales - CPG to build strategic partnerships that create tangible value for both DriveWhip and advertisers. In this role, you will manage ads strategy across a focused portfolio of CPG accounts, drive adoption of our growing ads and promotions offering, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including account management, marketing, analytics, and product.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end marketing and commercial conversations across a portfolio of CPG advertisers, owning strategy, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
- Drive net-new advertiser adoption in a new and growing market, while overseeing engagement and sales strategy for DriveWhip’s largest CPG partners.
- Grow and scale CPG revenue by driving Ads & Promos product adoption and delivering sustainable advertiser value.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, developing annual and quarterly plans, co-creating pitch materials, and maintaining sales content to enable future team and business scale.
- Represent advertiser needs cross-functionally, influencing the Ads & Promos product roadmap and go-to-market strategy while aligning DriveWhip resources to support partners’ multi-channel growth.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in digital media.
- Expert in using data and insights to inform recommendations, rooted in advertiser objectives and business priorities.
- Knowledge of the basics of digital ads measurement, from attribution to funnel metrics.
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and experience operating across several levels of an organization.
- Ability to diligently manage a sales pipeline and juggle both short- and mid-term impact.
- An impact-driven, curious, and strategic professional with a natural desire to improve the business, dive into details to uncover insights, and identify win–win opportunities that drive partner and company growth.
Team & Environment
You will join a newly created team, seeking founding members, and report to the Director of International Ad Sales.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
