Scribe is hiring an Account Executive, Emerging Enterprise

About the Role

This position is responsible for acquiring new clients in the emerging enterprise space by driving sales through proactive outreach, relationship development, and solution-based selling. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is focused on achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the emerging enterprise sector
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present product solutions tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track all activities and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Respond to client inquiries with accurate and timely information
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in product training sessions
  • Provide feedback from customers to product and leadership teams
  • Support the development of sales strategies for target markets
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Manage a high volume of leads and opportunities simultaneously
  • Use data to prioritize outreach and follow-up efforts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to appropriate teams
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team meetings and performance reviews
