About the Role
This role focuses on managing inbound leads and driving outbound prospecting efforts through diverse communication methods. The individual will collaborate with marketing, maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce, and develop early-stage reporting to track progress toward goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and conduct outbound outreach using written and verbal communication across various platforms.
- Maintain a rolling four-quarter sales pipeline and ensure accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on account-based marketing initiatives, event-related promotions, and follow-up strategies.
- Explore innovative and unconventional methods to engage potential customers, particularly in the marketing technology space.
- Track, document, and report all sales activities and outcomes in Salesforce, including emails and calls.
- Develop initial pipeline reports with both qualitative and quantitative insights to assess progress toward objectives.

- Core duties include managing lead flow and executing prospecting strategies.
- Oversee inbound lead management and lead outreach using multiple communication channels.
- Maintain a dynamic four-quarter pipeline with consistent Salesforce updates.
