About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets in the DC, MD, VA region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
