Levitate is hiring an Account Executive to drive our growth by expanding our customer base through outbound prospecting into SMBs across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for booking appointments, performing demos, and closing deals, all while building a foundation for future career advancement.
What You'll Do
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation.
- Operate a full sales cycle from prospecting to point of sale.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Prove consistency in specific KPIs around win rate and quota attainment during ramp.
- Achieve a monthly 'actions target' of meetings booked and performed.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience closing outbound deals.
- Experience in an outbound closing capacity, operating a full sales cycle from cold prospecting to point of sale.
- Strong desire to succeed and hunter mentality.
- Ability to keep a positive mindset.
- Organization skills – managing RSVPs and no-shows, clean notes on demos, updating leads.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to craft emails to prospects.
- A love of sharing ideas and best practices.
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
- Effectively manage quick context switching – easily move between different lead types, confirming, rescheduling, re-engaging after breaks.
Benefits & Compensation
- On-target earnings of $95,000 CAD, comprised of a $66,500 base salary and $28,500 variable bonus.
