We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join a specialized dental marketing agency. This role centers on consultative sales, managing warm leads, leading discovery conversations and product demonstrations, and closing new business through honest, client-first communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls with prospects generated through marketing and business development efforts
- Gain a thorough understanding of each prospect's business, pain points, and objectives before proposing solutions
- Create and deliver customized slide presentations and proposals that align with prospect needs
- Address objections with honesty and a consultative approach
- Successfully close new deals and transition clients to the delivery and onboarding teams
- Keep CRM records up to date with accurate notes and deal progression
- Execute consistent follow-up sequences using email, messaging, and phone calls
- Support inbound lead flow with targeted outreach and light prospecting, particularly during initial ramp-up
- Work closely with the founder and internal team to align on capacity and business priorities
Requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years in consultative B2B sales, preferably in agency services or SaaS with extended sales cycles
- Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles from initial contact to close, or strong experience in mid-to-late funnel account execution
- Fluent spoken and written English with clear communication for US-based clients
- Confident and professional during Zoom calls and screen-shared presentations
- High ethical standards in sales, with a focus on setting realistic expectations in marketing contexts
- Exceptionally organized with reliable follow-up practices
- Prior experience working in a remote environment; candidates without proven remote experience will not be considered
- Comfortable reporting directly to and collaborating with the CEO
