Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients in highly regulated industries such as finance, logistics, retail, manufacturing, and government contracting.
- Design and execute outreach sequences aimed at compliance officers, operations managers, and risk oversight personnel.
- Leverage industry knowledge to communicate challenges related to governance, audit tracking, policy adherence, and data integrity.
- Lead the full sales cycle including lead qualification, discovery calls, product presentations, proposal development, and contract discussions.
- Deliver dynamic product demonstrations highlighting automation, compliance safeguards, and measurable return on investment.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess client exposure to risk, inefficiencies in current processes, and audit-related workloads.
- Map solution capabilities to relevant regulatory standards such as SOC, ISO, SOX, GRC frameworks, and internal audit requirements.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC methodology to maintain structured deal progression and accurate forecasting.
- Keep CRM records current in HubSpot, including pipeline updates, activity logs, and deal documentation.
- Work closely with SDRs to refine targeting criteria for ideal customer profiles in compliance-intensive markets.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop vertical-specific campaigns, compliance-focused content, and customer success stories.
- Facilitate seamless transition of closed deals to Customer Success for deployment and compliance setup.
- Manage interactions with legal, procurement, and internal compliance teams during vendor review processes.
- Design commercial terms that promote enduring client relationships and ongoing audit preparedness.
